Old Buildings, New Futures

In a joint event with GVA Grimley and JM Architects, the LES-TER team will be presenting the tools to an assembled audience at forthcoming events at a number of locations:

* London - 6 November
City Hall, London Living Room

*Edinburgh - 12 November
Merchant's Hall, 22 Hanover Street

* Manchester - 20th November, The Cube, 113-115 Portland Street

'Old Buildings, New Futures' is aimed at landlords and developers, will demonstrate the way and speed at which building regulations are changing and how this is creating a gap between building performance in existing stock and new build.

Each event will also address the effective and sustainable refurbishment of existing office buildings in order to increase value and reduce operating costs.

The seminars will be a great opportunity to find out more about the landlord's energy statement and tenant's energy review (les-ter), which allows owners and occupiers to measure their energy use and collaborate on improvement measures.

Numbers are limited, and allocated on a first come basis.
